Online Reservation:
On the villa details page, select your desired check-in and check-out dates via the calendar. Then fill out the reservation form completely. Once submitted, you’ll be redirected to the payment page.

• Credit Card: After entering your card details and confirming the payment, your reservation is completed. A confirmation will be sent to your email.

• Bank Transfer: You must transfer the specified amount within 2 business days. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed and sent via email.

Phone Reservation:
After choosing your villa, provide the villa name or code to our representative. Availability will be checked, and your personal information will be taken to create a pre-reservation. Once the payment is made, your villa will be blocked for the selected dates and a confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.

Note: The reservation confirmation is a formal agreement containing all the details of your booking, including the villa name, dates, payment, and guest information.

Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation document will be emailed to you. It includes the villa name, dates, payment details, and guest information.

The location of your villa can be found on the villa’s detail page via the Google Maps link. When you arrive in the area, simply contact us or visit our office. A local representative will meet you, give you the tour, and hand over the keys.

All our villas are private, detached, and include a private pool and garden. Each villa is fully equipped with:

• Kitchen: Refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, cookware and utensils

• Living Room: TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, seating group

• Bedrooms: Bed linens, towels, air conditioner, wardrobe

• Other Amenities: Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, sunbeds, umbrella, BBQ

All pools and gardens are maintained daily, usually early in the morning. Villas are cleaned before each guest’s arrival. Weekly stays include one-time cleaning; for longer stays (7+ days), a weekly cleaning is provided free of charge. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

For additional cleaning during your stay, please inform us at least one day in advance. This service is subject to an extra charge.

These times ensure the villa is cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability.

Each villa has a defined guest capacity, and this limit cannot be exceeded. Children over the age of 5 are included in the total guest count.
